The groups of students work out the experimental basics: fat digestion, effect of bile juice, detection of starch and glucose, starch degradation by amylase, detection of starch degradation products, protein digestion, temperature dependence of the digestion process. 16 different substances with detailed instructions (Germany only, other languages available upon request). : Consumption within 12 months is recommended for this article.
